Business Policy

Effective Date – August 11, 2013

The following terms and conditions, as well as others contained in the Terms of Service, apply to your hiring and use of S9M services:

a.  After you submit a request for a shoot we will provide you with a written Quote. Upon your reviewing, signing and returning the Quote, your shoot will be booked. There is a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel a shoot after accepting the terms, agreeing to the invoice, and digitally signing the contract.

b.  Payment is required upon agreeing to the invoice and digitally signing the contract.

c.  You are responsible for viewing your footage immediately upon its receipt. Any complaints regarding footage, such as that there is no image or sound, must be made within one (1) week of your receipt of the footage. Your failure to make such a timely complaint, waives and forfeits your right to any refund, remedy, or damages.

d.  In the event you make a timely valid complaint, and S9M agrees with you that there was a failure to provide you with footage of your shoot, you will be refunded any fee that you paid. Your damages will be limited to the amount of your refund.

e.  The terms and conditions of this Business Policy are incorporated by reference into the S9M Terms of Services, a copy of which is here. You agree that your use of all S9M services are subject to the terms and conditions of the S9M Services Agreement.
